Atlast the awaiting of 61 years comes to an end with the cool judgement as we prayed.

{[(hello friends i gave information which i got from different sites. I'M SORRY IF ANY THING WRONG in the below information. i hope u all will like it.)]}

hello!!!!! friends atlast the suspense which was awaited for 1 day comes to an end with cool result.

The wait of 61 years has come to a fair conclusion with the judges aptly passing on a verdict which makes none a loser. The 2.3 acres land has been equally divided in three parts. One-third part of the disputed land is given to the Sunni Waqf Board, one-third to the Nirmohi Akhara and one-third to the party for 'Ram Lalla'.

Considering the ancestry, the court has kept the Central dome for the Hindu Mahasabha, as the Hindu idols were placed in 1949 in the land prior to the Babri masjid and again in 1992 after the masjid was demolished. Though they have considered the land to be a Ramjanmasthan, Justices SU Khan, Sudhir Agarwal and DV Sharma maintained that Babar didn't build Babri Masjid demolishing a temple rather on the remains of a temple.
and it was ruled out that there should be taken no action fr 3 months.

now let us all know how the case was dealt and what are their results

Summary of the Ayodhya title dispute judgement delivered by Allahabad High Court today.
1. Whether the disputed site is the birth place of Bhagwan Ram?
The disputed site is the birth place of Lord Ram. Place of birth is a juristic person and is a deity. It is personified as the spirit of divine worshipped as birth place of Lord Rama as a child. Spirit of divine ever remains present every where at all times for any one to invoke at any shape or form in accordance with his own aspirations and it can be shapeless and formless also.
2. Whether the disputed building was a mosque? When was it built? By whom?
The disputed building was constructed by Babar, the year is not certain but it was built against the tenets of Islam. Thus, it cannot have the character of a mosque.
3. Whether the mosque was built after demolishing a Hindu temple?
The disputed structure was constructed on the site of old structure after demolition of the same. The Archaeological Survey of India has proved that the structure was a massive Hindu religious structure.
4. Whether the idols were placed in the building on the night of December 22/23rd, 1949?
The idols were placed in the middle dome of the disputed structure in the intervening night of 22/23.12.1949.
5. Whether any of the claims for title is time barred?
O.O.S. No. 4 of 1989, the Sunni Central Board of Waqfs U.P., Lucknow and others Vs. Gopal Singh Visharad and others and O.O.S. No.3 of 1989, Nirmohi Akhara and Another Vs. Sri Jamuna Prasad Singh and others are barred by time.
6. What will be the status of the disputed site e.g. inner and outer courtyard?
It is established that the property in suit is the site of Janm Bhumi of Ram Chandra Ji and Hindus in general had the right to worship Charan, Sita Rasoi, other idols and other object of worship existed upon the property in suit. It is also established that Hindus have been worshipping the place in dispute as Janm Sthan i.e. a birth place as deity and visiting it as a sacred place of pilgrimage as of right since time immemorial. After the construction of the disputed structure it is proved the deities were installed inside the disputed structure on 22/23.12.1949. It is also proved that the outer courtyard was in exclusive possession of Hindus and they were worshipping throughout and in the inner courtyard (in the disputed structure) they were also worshipping. It is also established that the disputed structure cannot be treated as a mosque as it came into existence against the tenets of Islam.
tenet= A religious doctrine that is proclaimed as true without proof.
religious doctrine=The written body of teachings of a religious group that are generally accepted by that group.

Anxious day ahead

hello friends!!!!
u know what is the importance of this day.
India wakes up to an anxious Thursday.  Morning commuters may not face the usual weekday rush but instead  a posse of constabulary decked out in riot gear patrolling their streets. Children and even working women may stay home. Offices might see thin attendance.
At 3:30 this afternoon, the Allahabad High Court delivers its verdict that whether Muslims or Hindus have rights over the site of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya after 60-plus-years of litigation. The Babri Masjid was destroyed by a mob in 1992, throwing the country into communal violence.
A special Full Bench of Justices S.U. Khan, Sudhir Agarwal and D.V. Sharma of the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court will pronounce its verdict on the Ayodhya title suits on Thursday. The final hearing began on July 23, 1996, and verdict was reserved on July 26 this year.
The case timeline
Idols of Rama Lalla were placed surreptitiously in the middle of the floor space under the central dome on December 23, 1949. Soon thereafter, devotees assembled there to worship. On December 29, 1949, the city magistrate exercised control over the whole area.
The first suit was filed on January 16, 1950 by Gopal Simla Visharad in the Faizabad civil court for exclusive rights to perform pooja to Ram Lalla. He sought a restraint order on removal of the idols and a temporary injunction was issued. This order was later confirmed by the civil judge and later by a Division Bench of the Allahabad High Court.
On December 5, 1950, Paramahansa Ramachandra Das also filed a suit for continuation of the pooja and keeping the idols in the Babri structure. This was pending till August 1990, when out of sheer frustration he withdrew the case.
The third suit was filed in 1959 by the Nirmohi Akhara, seeking a direction to hand over charge of the disputed site from the receiver. The fourth suit was filed in 1961 by the U.P. Sunni Central Wakf Board for a declaration and possession. The fifth suit was filed on July 1, 1989 in the name of Bhagwan Shree Ram Lalla Virajman for a declaration and possession.
On February 1, 1986, a district judge ordered the locks on the mosque removed and the site was opened for Hindu worshippers. Two years earlier, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad had begun a campaign to “liberate” the so-called birthplace of Lord Rama, and the 1986 decision was widely seen at the time as an attempt by the Congress — then in power at the Centre and in U.P. — to upstage the VHP and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
In 1989, the four suits pending in the Faizabad civil court were transferred to the High Court on an application moved by the U.P. Advocate-General.
On October 10, 1991, the U.P. government acquired the 2.77-acre of land around the disputed structure for the convenience of devotees who attend Ram Lalla darshan. On January 7, 1993, the Government of India, with the consent of Parliament, took over some 67 acres of land all around the disputed area and sought the Supreme Court's opinion on whether there existed a Hindu place of worship before the disputed structure was built. But it declined to answer the question. On October 24, 1994, it turned the case back to the Lucknow Bench of the High Court and the suits were heard again from 1996.
Long legal history
In fact, the first suit was filed in 1885, when the Faizabad Deputy Commissioner refused to let Mahant Raghubar Das build a temple on land adjoining the mosque. Das then filed a title suit in a Faizabad court against the Secretary of State for India, seeking permission to build a temple on the Chabutra on the outer courtyard of the Babri Masjid.
His suit was dismissed on grounds that the alleged demolition of an original Ram temple in 1528 had occurred over 350 years earlier, and so it was “too late now” to remedy the grievance. “Maintain status quo. Any innovation may cause more harm than any benefit,” the court said. This suit was revived in 1950.
In August 2002, the High Court ordered a survey by the Archaeological Survey of India to find out whether a temple existed below the mosque or not.

interesting survey on mobile phones in INDIA

Mobile phone sales in the country has touched an all—time high at 38.63 million units in April—June 2010, growing 6.3 per cent quarter—on—quarter, according to advisory firm IDC.

As part of its Quarterly Mobile Handsets Tracker — 2Q 2010, IDC said shipments of mobile handsets in India touched an all—time high of 38.63 million units in a single quarter, driven primarily by low—cost handsets from the domestic brands.

“In the recent quarters, several new players successfully launched their own devices at significantly lower Average Selling Values (ASVs) in the price sensitive India market.

Such handsets found ready acceptance among first time buyers, especially from small towns and villages,” IDC India Associate Vice President—Research Anirban Banerjee said.

While Finnish handset maker Nokia retained its No 1 position, with a market share of 36.3 per cent in terms of units shipped, Korean electronic giant Samsung was on the No 2 slot with a 8.2 per cent share. G’Five with 7.3 percent market share emerged as the No 3 player in the market, said the study.

Also, multi—SIM phones comprised as much as 38.5 per cent of the total shipments to India, as against less than one per cent in the same period last year.

“The India mobile market saw a unique trend of multi—SIM phones capturing 38.5 per cent of the market.

This could be attributed to several new service providers responding with highly competitive tariff plans to a price sensitive mobile telephony user market,” IDC India Lead Telecoms Analyst Naveen Mishra said.
New brands have led the growth in the handset market, with the ‘emerging vendors’ garnering as much as 33.2 per cent of the total India mobile handset shipments in 2Q 2010, the study said.

This represents a manifold increase from five new vendors, representing 0.9 per cent combined share of units shipped in the January—March 2008 quarter, it added.

today's(sep 27th) importance

Hi!! guys as i promised ill post things which are useful to improve our knowledge.
Today(27 sep) is an important day in GOOGLE's history.
Today is google official b'day.
To discuss about google history, it was incorporated as a company on sep 4th 1998.
Google began in 1996 as a project by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Larry and Sergey were both studying at Stanford University California. In their research project they came up with a plan to make a search engine that ranked websites according to the number of other websites that linked to that site (and ultimately came up with the Google we have today).
But if you go by when the Google.com domain name was registered, September 15 1997.They celebrated on September 7, the date of the company's incorporation, until 2005. Since 2005 (and also randomly in 2002), they've celebrated on September 27.
So why do they celebrate it on the 27th?
They pushed the date forward in 2005 to allow for the announcement of an index-size milestone (ie the record-breaking number of pages the search engine was sifting through).
