WikiLeaks- Open Governments

Hi!!!! friends. Thanks for visiting my previous post. It is the post which i like most because it is close to my heart.

This time i want to post something about an organisation which works with good and hates bad illegal matters.

It leaks highly confidential issues which are using for selfish purpose. Many newspapers, organisations,............. are appreciating the work being done by that people.

... could become as important a journalistic tool
as the Freedom of Information Act.
                                                                         -Time Magazine
Got it about what i am talking about all these time????
WikiLeaks. Yes about WikiLeaks which became hot topic these days.

Its targets are not small people or organizations. It targeted many familiar organizations like WHO, UN, Govt. of any country........... etc.,

Let us we know first what is WikiLeaks because already you may have got a thought that
what is this damn WikiLeaks?
Was Koundinya gone mad and speaking nonsense here and wasting our time?
I don't think so that i'm wasting your valuable time because we should have an idea what going on there in our environment. So just have a look with much patience and with less hesitation

WikiLeaks is an international new media non-profit organisation that publishes submissions of otherwise unavailable documents from anonymous news sources and news leaks. Its website, launched in 2006, is run by The Sunshine Press. Within a year of its launch, the site claimed a database that had grown to more than 1.2 million documents. The organisation has described itself as having been founded by Chinese dissidents, as well as journalists, mathematicians, and start-up company technologists from the United States, Taiwan, Europe, Australia, and South Africa. Julian Assange, an Australian Internet activist, is generally described as its director.

The creators of WikiLeaks have not been formally identified. It has been represented in public since January 2007 by Julian Assange and others. Assange describes himself as a member of WikiLeaks' advisory board. News reports in The Australian have called Assange the "founder of WikiLeaks". According to Wired magazine, a volunteer said that Assange described himself in a private conversation as "the heart and soul of this organisation, its founder, philosopher, spokesperson, original coder, organiser, financier, and all the rest".
Julian Assange, the main spokesperson for WikiLeaks

Julian Paul Assange born 3 July 1971) is an Australian journalist, publisher, and Internet activist. He is the spokesperson and editor in chief for WikiLeaks, a whistleblower website and conduit for news leaks. Before working with the website, he was a computer programmer and hacker. He has lived in several countries, and has made occasional public appearances to speak about freedom of the press, censorship, and investigative journalism.

The wikileaks.org domain name was registered on 4 October 2006. The website was unveiled, and published its first document in December 2006. The site claims to have been "founded by Chinese dissidents, journalists, mathematicians and start-up company technologists, from the US, Taiwan, Europe, Australia and South Africa".

WikiLeaks states that its "primary interest is in exposing oppressive regimes in Asia, the former Soviet bloc, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East, but we also expect to be of assistance to people of all regions who wish to reveal unethical behaviour in their governments and corporations."
In January 2007, the website stated that it had over 1.2 million leaked documents that it was preparing to publish. An article in The New Yorker said:
One of the WikiLeaks activists owned a server that was being used as a node for the Tor network. Millions of secret transmissions passed through it. The activist noticed that hackers from China were using the network to gather foreign governments’ information, and began to record this traffic. Only a small fraction has ever been posted on WikiLeaks, but the initial tranche served as the site’s foundation, and Assange was able to say, "[w]e have received over one million documents from thirteen countries.''

The organisation's stated goal is to ensure that whistleblowers and journalists are not jailed for emailing sensitive or classified documents, as happened to Chinese journalist Shi Tao, who was sentenced to 10 years in 2005 after publicising an email from Chinese officials about the anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre.

On 17 July, Jacob Appelbaum spoke on behalf of WikiLeaks at the 2010 Hackers on Planet Earth conference in New York City, replacing Assange because of the presence of federal agents at the conference. He announced that the WikiLeaks submission system was again up and running, after it had been temporarily suspended.Assange was a surprise speaker at a TED conference on 19 July 2010 in Oxford, and confirmed that the site had begun accepting submissions again.
Upon returning to the US from the Netherlands, on 29 July, Appelbaum was detained for three hours at the airport by US agents, according to anonymous sources. The sources told Cnet that Appelbaum's bag was searched, receipts from his bag were photocopied, his laptop was inspected, although in what manner was unclear.Appelbaum reportedly refused to answer questions without a lawyer present, and was not allowed to make a phone call. His three mobile phones were reportedly taken and not returned. On 31 July, he spoke at a Defcon conference and mentioned his phone being "seized". After speaking, he was approached by two FBI agents and questioned.
Assange is quoted as acknowledging that his practice of posting largely unfiltered classified information online could one day lead the Web site to have "blood on our hands.
In 2010, at least a dozen key supporters of WikiLeaks have left the website.
May be they are facing many problems but they are being appreciated by many around the world. It is a known secret that they are doing good which is not good for the governments.

We may have doubt that from where they are getting funds. WikiLeaks is dependent on public donations since it is a non-profit organisation. Its main financing methods include conventional bank transfers and online payment systems. Wau Holland Foundation, one of the WikiLeaks' main funding channels, stated that they have received more than €900,000 (US$1.2 million) in public donations between October 2009 and December 2010, out of which €370,000 has been passed on to WikiLeaks. Hendrik Fulda, vice president of the Wau Holland Foundation, mentioned that the donations through PayPal was twice[vague] as through normal banks, before PayPal's decision to suspend WikiLeaks' account. He also noted that donations were never as strong as when WikiLeaks started publishing leaked diplomatic cables.

Despite using the name "WikiLeaks", the website is no longer wiki-based as of December 2010. Also, despite some popular confusion due to both having the term "wiki" in their names, WikiLeaks and Wikipedia have no affiliation with each other; i.e. "wiki" is not a brand name. Wikia, a for-profit corporation loosely affiliated with the Wikimedia Foundation, did however purchase several Wikileaks-related domain names (including "wikileaks.com" and "wikileaks.net") as a "protective brand measure" in 2007.

The legal status of WikiLeaks is complex. Assange considers WikiLeaks a whistleblower protection intermediary. Rather than leaking directly to the press, and fearing exposure and retribution, whistleblowers can leak to WikiLeaks, which then leaks to the press for them. Its servers are located throughout Europe and are accessible from any uncensored web connection. The group located its headquarters in Sweden because it has one of the world’s strongest shield laws to protect confidential source-journalist relationships. WikiLeaks has stated that they "do not solicit any information". However, Assange used his speech during the Hack In The Box conference in Malaysia to ask the crowd of hackers and security researchers to help find documents on its "Most Wanted Leaks of 2009" list.

I hope that you might have got an idea about WikiLeaks.
Then now i want to give some latest leaks by WikiLeaks. Here they are.........................

Ethics in Life-Importance

  ''Pursuit of Happy Life''

Hello to all my dear friends!!!!!! Thanks for visiting my blog till now. I feel happy to see that about 50 are visited the last post 'Starting a Business- Is it Really Tough?'. Thanks for visiting that post. I will post even more better articles if you people continue your encouragement like this. Once again thanks to all.................................

Why every time posting about Business matters????

I think some of you might got this question in your minds.

So this time let us we try to know importance of  'Ethics In Life'.
I hope this topic will improve your personality. You can think it is as 'Personality Development' article.
Yeah it is.

Basically in the present world every student is good at the knowledge. No one lacking much behind. There may be variations in the levels. With this knowledge can we survive in this present world??? Yeah absolutely yes. Don't be confused you heard right. Every person can survive in the present world by fillng atleast their daily needs (financial status may have some variations).
Why these variations????
It is a sensitive question. We can't give answer in one word or sentence. I will give an example and make it clear.
Eg: There are two students with same qualifications and skills. One of the student is good at elders and dedicated to work blah blah blah whereas another student is also good at work but not with the etiquette.
If you are the HR personnel who was appointed to hire a good employee who can be suited. Then whom will you select?
If i am the recruiter then i will obviously select the first candidate. I will not consider the marks first because first we should see whether the candidate is interested or not. Then after immediately i will see the etiquette.
Then you may get one doubt that how is it possible to say whether the candidate is good at the ethics or not.? My answer is Yeah it is possible by his/her Non-Verbal actions. You know in interview 75% analysis of the candidate is dine in the angle of their non-verbal actions.
Then you must say what is the different between 1st n 2nd candidate? Ethical values.

Really friends ethical values occupy a major role in the people life. He must not be social worker but should be at-least true to himself.

What actually ethics means?
Ethics tell us about our moral duties and obligations so that our behaviour at work or at home is right, truthful and just. Ethics are a set of standards and rules that are required by an individual for leading a satisfactory family life and being a good worker. Therefore, you require a set of ethics at home as well as at your work
place. You can observe the ethical behaviour through the following habits.
  • sincerity,
  •  honesty
  • truthfulness
  •  respect for self and others
  •  respect for time
  •  respect for work
  •  respect for our environment

Besides these ethics in our domestic life, our work place demands certain
specific ethics. These are:
  • regularity and punctuality
  • confidentiality
  • loyalty maintaining
  • cordial relations with house members and neighbors
  • willingness to learn and take on new responsbilities
Actually ethical values may concentrate more on work place because of the flexible source of understanding.
As human beings have to spend equal time like in home with workplace it is better to understand with that.

Is there any need of ethical values??
Obviously YES

NEED FOR ETHICS:

Now let us find out why it is essential to have good ethics and how they affect our
interpersonal relationship and work performance.
Any work situation either at the office or at home has three major components:
Work, Worker and the Work Place.
  • The Work is the actual task to be done.
  • The Worker is the person who does the task.
  • Work Place includes the place for doing the task, tools and equipments required
and the storage space for them.
We can compare these three with the home.

You will agree that all the three components are inter-related and dependent on
each other. Further, you will also agree that the Worker is the most important
component of any work situation. This is so because only the Worker has the
ability to think, analyse, learn and manipulate. A Worker can acquire the art of
effective management of the Work, the Work Place, himself/herself and the other
Workers. A Worker can also be disloyal, lazy, a bad manager of the Work Place
and thus ruin the business. If he is like that then just imagine the position once??

Thus for the successful achievement of our goals and objectives, efficient utilisation
of our resources and to maintain discipline at home and at work, we need to
develop and adopt certain work ethics. These work ethics help us to do a task to
the best of our ability in a fair, just and impartial way. They encourage us to develop
and maintain a cordial work environment where all the people can enjoy
each other's support and confidence.

Now i hope that you might have got what exactly Ethic means??
ethics means
(a) a set of rules and standards
(b) a set of norms and standards
(c) right decisions and standards
(d) a set of rules and right decisions

some of the ethical problems commonly faced by us when we visit any work place
where workers:
  • are irregular and lack punctuality
  • are rude and impolite
  • have inadequate knowledge and skill
  • waste resources
  • disregard rules and regulations
  • disrespect the task at hand
  • are disloyal
or in some homes

Irregularity and Lack of Punctuality
Irregularity and lack of punctuality are problems which you encounter frequently in any work situation. Look around yourself and you may come across people who get up late in the morning and are unable to send their children to school on time. They may also not be able to provide their family members with proper meals and have disorganised homes due to their irregular behaviour and lack of punctuality. Such people frequently absent themselves from work. Others like to come in late and leave early as a matter of habit or right. Some workers are never found at their seat during working hours. You may have witnessed the inconvenience caused to the public wanting to pay bills when counter clerks are either late or not found at their seats in banks, post offices, and telephone and electricity offices. The irresponsible behaviour of such people spoils the discipline of the work environment, sets bad examples, causes inconvenience to the public andlowers the image of the organisation.
It is one of the problem which imits our ethical values.
Are you regular and punctual in studying and completing your lessons and exercises?
If not, you will not be able to perform well in your exams and will then feel
unhappy about it. You should also understand that this will affect your future career prospects.

Rude and Impolite Behaviour
Sometimes certain family members are in the habit of being rude and aggressive. Not only does this destroy the peaceful atmosphere at home but also creates a bad name for the family. Actually we all know that the child are much innocent of all. If their mother or father are rude and impolite then there is a chance that they may also become like that. So we should be very careful in-front of child. Even we are students if any kid is there with us then we should control our-self to not speak bad.

Inadequate Knowledge and Skill
Many people project that they have special skills and knowledge to impress others and enhance their job prospects. Suppose you have access to a computer but do not know how to operate it, yet you insist on operating it, who would be responsible if it gets spoilt? Many people claim to be qualified doctors and treat
patients for illnesses about which they know nothing. As a result, they can endanger a patient’s life. Often people claim to be electricians without any knowledge about electricity or machines and cause heavy losses.

Knowing your job is very important. One should not only be skilled at one’s job but also be ready to learn more about it and update ones knowledge and skills from time to time. Inadequate knowledge about nutrition, home appliances, medicines and cleaning agents can sometimes cause serious mishaps at home. Further,
lack of knowledge of safety and first aid measures can also be very dangerous.

Wastage of Resources
We all know that many of our resources are limited. Some homemakers are in the habit of over estimating and thereby wasting a lot of cooked food. Sometimes, due to improper storage, raw ingredients get
spoilt and have to be thrown. Some people take large servings on their plates andleave uneaten food when they are not able to eat it. Making unplanned and frequenttrips to the market without preparing a shopping list leads to a wastage of your time and energy, and fuel if you go by a vehicle.
Lights and fans left running, without anybody using them, are a common sight in many offices. Items of
office stationery being misused and thrown around are also a common sight. Misuse of office telephones
and vehicles for personal work is a common occurence. You may have also noticed that people
do not close taps after drinking water. All this is a wastage of our precious resources.

Disregard for Rules and Regulations
You may have observed that in some homes special treatment is given to sons in comparison to daughters. Often parents show favouritism towards a particular child. Have you noticed a difference in the treatment of a daughter and a daughterin- law in some families? In certain situations, mentally and physically challenged
individuals are discriminated against normal ones, both at home and outside. Some people consider disregard for family norms and culture as signs of modernity. Can you give some more such examples?
In many work situations one finds that the rules and regulations laid down for maintaining discipline, good employer employee relationship and team spirit are disregarded. This is usually observed when promotions are given out of turn, or the management shows favouritism. In some work places you may find that people
are discriminated against because of their caste, sex or physical handicap. In many cases women and children are paid less than men for the same job. Employing children in hazardous industries like manufacture of fire crackers, chalks, etc., despite strict government regulations is also unethical. Some students do not complete
their assignments themselves and get them done by others or copy other students’ work. Besides this, you may have observed some people cheating during examination. This is against the rules and procedures laid down by the examining body and therefore, not ethical. Disregard of rules and regulations often leads
to serious situations at home and in the workplace.

Disrespect for the Job
"Oh! I am only a housewife, I don't work". "I am just a simple clerk!"
Have you come across people who feel ashamed about the job they are doing and talk like this? You must have wondered why they feel ashamed.
In our society, it is a common practice to consider some jobs respectable and others less respectable; some jobs high and others lowly. As a result, many people, despite enjoying their work, do not want to tell others about it for the fear of being looked down upon. A housewife's contribution to the successful running of a home is not given due respect by her family and the society in general. Let’s take another example, a man selling drinking water on the roadside should feel proud of doing so. Similarly, the passersby must not feel that supplying drinking water on the roadside is a job to be looked down upon.

Disloyalty
Disclosing your family's secrets and maligning family members in public are considered signs of disloyalty to the family. Taking away common funds and setting up something for your self ‘interest’ is yet an other way of being disloyal to one's family.
In offices, some staff members indulge in activities that are harmful to the success of the organisation they work for. For instance, a chemical engineer may quietly sell the secret formula of a new product to a rival company for some quick extra money. A corrupt union leader may call for a strike of mill workers, thereby stopping production at the mill leading to heavy losses. Taking bribes to grant special favours to certain companies and people at the cost of one's own organisation is a common occurence today. Cheating one’s employer and working for someone else while being in the employment of another are other examples of disloyalty.
Can you think of some more examples of disloyal behaviour?

What are the ethics to be followed to overcome problems??
  1. _Be regular and punctual at work and at home.
  2. _ Do the task assigned to you.
  3. _ Be polite, patient, courteous and respectful to all.
  4. _ Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to do the task assigned to you.
  5. _ Be prepared to learn more and update yourself.
  6. _ Find more and more efficient ways of getting your work done.
  7. _ Manage and apply your resources efficiently. Do not waste resources.
  8. _ Follow the rules, policies and procedures of your work strictly and uniformly.
  9. _ Do not indulge in favouritism and discrimination while doing your duty. Treat everyone equally.
  10. _ Have respect for all kinds of work.
  11. _ Do not accept favours that may negatively influence the performance of your work.
  12. _ Be loyal to your work and to the organisation to which you belong.
  13. _ Expose corruption wherever you encounter it.
These are 13 points should be followed to have ethical life. If you follow these points then automatically you will be respected by everyone who knows you better. Be good to everyone friends. Don't discriminate anyone unnecessarily. When you follow these rules then you are going to have a good ethical life and good health tooo.

So friends here i end the topic. I hope that you will like the topic. There is no meaning of posting this valuable topic unless you try to be ethical. Only thing i want to say is we have just only one life. We don't know whether we have another or not so live the only life without any pressures and sadness. Let we live happy.Let us we find ''Pursuit of Happyness'' of life. I think you are going to avoid all negatives by following above 13 points. Its so valuable post. Please suggest to all whom need to know this. Please follow my blog if you like my post.

Starting a Business-Is it really tough?

“Obstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal.”

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”

A business leader is the person who performs planning, organizing, directing, staffing, controlling and co-ordinates the people in the organization. Confuuuuussssseeeedd????!!!!!!

Hi!! friends. Im sorry that i couldn't  post in the blog for few days. At last im happy that im back with a good concept. These days i was being posting about some companies and personalities. Suddenly i got one doubt that
why was im being posting about other companies??????
Why shouldn't we own one company??????
Can't we start one company??????
Is it a really tough task??????????????????????
These are the questions raised on my mind.
Then i started surfing the net. I just shocked by seeing the fact that ''Estimates vary, but generally more than 600,000 businesses are started each year in the United States''

Isn't it the shocking fact?

Yeah it is. Because in India we people feels that the starting of company is a tough task. There are many reasons like corruption, refuse from people, bribery, political instability.......... By keeping all these aside, the thing is that the people are not motivated yet towards the business. But after seeing the fact i got some confidence that it is not that much of difficult task.
Then i continued my surfing with much confidence like this....................................

Many people believe starting a business is a mysterious process. They know they want to start a business, but they don't know the first steps to take. In this you're going to find out how to get an idea for a business--how you figure out exactly what it is you want to do and then how to take action on it.

But before we get started, let's clear up one point: People always wonder if this is a good time to start their business idea. The fact is, there's really never a bad time to launch a business. It's obvious why it's smart to launch in strong economic times. People have money and are looking for ways to spend it. But launching in tough or uncertain economic times can be just as smart. There is nothing to shock with this sentence because if you have started the business in hard times then you gonna rock the name of the company.!!!!!!(who is the Idiot he is told like this- r u thinking like this about me??)) may be you are thinking but i can support my answer.
your new business has a better chance of getting noticed. And, depending on your idea, in a down economy there is often equipment (or even entire businesses!) for sale at bargain prices. You are going to gain more with the situations. Now i have supported my answer.

Everyone has his or her own roadblock, something that prevents them from taking that crucial first step. Most people are afraid to start; they may fear the unknown or failure, or even success. Others find starting something overwhelming in the mistaken belief they have to start from scratch. They think they have to come up with something that no one has ever done before--a new invention, a unique service. In other words, they think they have to reinvent the wheel.

But unless you're a technological genius--another Bill Gates or Steve Jobs--trying to reinvent the wheel is a big waste of time. For most people starting a business, the issue should not be coming up with something so unique that no one has ever heard of it but instead answering the questions: "How can I improve on this?" or "Can I do this better or differently from the other guy doing it over there?" Or simply, "Is there market share not being served that makes room for another business in this category?"

Get the Juices Flowing
How do you start the idea process? First, take out a sheet of paper and across the top write "Things About Me." List five to seven things about yourself--things you like to do or that you're really good at, personal things (we'll get to your work life in a minute). Your list might include: "I'm really good with people, I love kids, I love to read, I love computers, I love numbers, I'm good at coming up with marketing concepts, I'm a problem solver." Just write down whatever comes to your mind; it doesn't need to make sense. Once you have your list, number the items down one side of the paper.
Ill try this friends. Then i could be a perfect innovative of something. Let you try once friends.
On the other side of the paper, list things that you don't think you're good at or you don't like to do. Maybe you're really good at marketing concepts, but you don't like to meet people or you're really not that fond of kids or you don't like to do public speaking or you don't want to travel. Don't overthink it; just write down your thoughts. When you're finished, ask yourself: "If there were three to five products or services that would make my personal life better, what would they be?" This is your personal life as a man, woman, father, husband, mother, wife, parent, grandparent--whatever your situation may be. Determine what products or services would make your life easier or happier, make you more productive or efficient, or simply give you more time.
Is it typical to understand? That what i want to say is to read careful dudes. Small care in the reading takes you to higher levels.

Next, ask yourself the same question about your business life. Examine what you like and dislike about your work life as well as what traits people like and dislike about you. Finally, ask yourself why you're seeking to start a business in the first place. Then, when you're done, look for a pattern to emerge (i.e., whether there's a need for a business doing one of the things you like or are good at).

 Inspiring Moments

Getting an idea can be as simple as keeping your eyes peeled for the latest hot businesses; they crop up all the time. Many local entrepreneurs made tons of money bringing the Starbucks coffeehouse concept to their hometowns and then expanding from there. Take Minneapolis-based Caribou Coffee. The founders had what they describe as an "aha moment" in 1990, and two years later launched what is now the nation's second-largest company-owned gourmet coffeehouse chain. Other coffee entrepreneurs have chosen to stay local.
And don't overlook the tried and true. Hot businesses often go through cycles. Take gardening. For the last few years gardening products and supplies have been all the rage, but you wouldn't consider gardening a 21st century business.

In other words, you can take any idea and customize it to the times and your community. Add your own creativity to any concept. In fact, customizing a concept isn't a choice; it's a necessity if you want your business to be successful. You can't just take an idea, plop it down and say "OK, this is it." Outside of a McDonald's, Subway or other major franchise concept, there are very few businesses that work with a one-size-fits-all approach.

One of the best ways to determine whether your idea will succeed in your community is to talk to people you know. If it's a business idea, talk to co-workers and colleagues. Run personal ideas by your family or neighbors. Don't be afraid of people stealing your idea. It's just not likely. Just discuss the general concept; you don't need to spill all the details.
Hey friends i want to say here is that the business organisation takes at-least 8 years to run in profits. If you can stay still you can try to survive then the next step is success.

Till now i provided the matter about the inspiration to the business. Even i was impressed with the article. Then after i continued browsing about the tips. Then i got some of them. They are

Just Do It!
Hopefully by now, the process of determining what business is right for you has at least been somewhat demystified. Understand that business startup isn't rocket science. No, it isn't easy to begin a business, but it's not as complicated or as scary as many people think, either. It's a step-by-step, common-sense procedure. So take it a step at a time.First step: Figure out what you want to do. Once you have the idea, talk to people to find out what they think. Ask "Would you buy and/or use this, and how much would you pay?"
Understand that many people around you won't encourage you (some will even discourage you) to pursue your entrepreneurial journey. Some will tell you they have your best interests at heart; they just want you to see the reality of the situation. Some will envy your courage; others will resent you for having the guts to actually do something. You can't allow these naysayers to dissuade you, to stop your journey before it even begins.

In fact, once you get an idea for a business, what's the most important trait you need as an entrepreneur? Perseverance. When you set out to launch your business, you'll be told "no" more times than you've ever been told before. You can't take it personally; you've got to get beyond the "no" and move on to the next person--because eventually, you're going to get to a "yes."
One of the most common warnings you'll hear is about the risk. Everyone will tell you it's risky to start your own business. Sure, starting a business is risky, but what in life isn't? Plus, there's a difference between foolish risks and calculated ones. If you carefully consider what you're doing, get help when you need it, and never stop asking questions, you can mitigate your risk.

You can't allow the specter of risk to stop you from going forward. Ask yourself "What am I really risking?" And assess the risk. What are you giving up? What will you lose if things don't work out? Don't risk what you can't afford. Don't risk your home, your family or your health. Ask yourself "If this doesn't work, will I be worse off than I am now?" If all you have to lose is some time, energy and money, then the risk is likely worth it.

Determining what you want to do is only the first step. You've still got a lot of homework to do, a lot of research in front of you. Buying this book is a smart first step. Most important: Do something. Don't sit back year after year and say "This is the year I'm going to start my business." Make this the year you really do it!

Ten steps to good start of the Business:

 1) Do what you love.
You're going to devote a lot of time and energy to starting a business and building it into a successful enterprise, so it's really important that you truly deeply enjoy what you do, whether it be running fishing charters, creating pottery or providing financial advice.

2) Start your business while you're still employed.
How long can most people live without money? Not long. And it may be a long time before your new business actually makes any profits. Being employed while you're starting a business means money in your pocket while you're going through the starting a business process.

3) Don't do it alone.
You need a support system while you're starting a business (and afterwards). A family member or friend that you can bounce ideas off and who will listen sympathetically to the latest business start up crisis is invaluable. Even better, find a mentor or, if you qualify, apply for a business start up program such as The Self-Employment Program. When you're starting a business experienced guidance is the best support sytem of all.

4) Get clients or customers first.
Don't wait until you've offically started your business to line these up, because your business can't survive without them. Do the networking. Make the contacts. Sell or even give away your products or services. You can't start marketing too soon. (See Attracting New Business on a Shoestring Budget and Just Do These Two Things to Get More Clients for tips.)

5) Write a business plan.
The main reason for doing a business plan first when you're thinking of starting a business is that it can help you avoid sinking your time and money into starting a business that will not succeed. (See Why You Need A Business Plan for other good reasons.)
Remember, you don't have to work through a full scale business plan for each new business idea you come up with; my Quick-Start Business Plan, for instance, will let you test the potential of your business idea much more quickly.

6) Do the research.
You'll do a lot of research writing a business plan, but that's just a start. When you're starting a business, you need to become an expert on your industry, products and services, if you're not already. Joining related industry or professional associations before you start your business is a great idea.

7) Get professional help.
On the other hand, just because you're starting a business, doesn't mean you have to be an expert on everything. If you're not an accountant or bookkeeper, hire one (or both).(These Tips for Finding a Good Accountant may be useful.) If you need to write up a contract, and you're not a lawyer, hire one. You will waste more time and possibly money in the long run trying to do things yourself that you are not qualifed to do.

8) Get the money lined up.
Save up if you have to. Approach potential investors and lenders. Figure our your financial fall-back plan. Don't expect to start a business and then walk into a bank and get money. Traditional lenders don't like new ideas and don't like businesses without proven track records.

9) Be professional from the get-go.
Everything about you and the way you do business needs to let people know that you are a professional running a serious business. That means getting all the accoutrements such as professional business cards, a business phone and a business email address, and treating people in a professional, courteous manner.

10) Get the legal and tax issues right the first time.
It's much more difficult and expensive to unsnarl a mess afterwards. Does your business need to be registered? Will you have to charge GST or PST? Will you have to have Workers' Compensation Insurance or deal with payroll taxes? How will the form of business you choose affect your income tax situation? Learn what your legal and tax responsibilities are before you start your business and operate accordingly.
Following the advice on starting a business above will make starting a business both a smoother, less stressful process and go a long way towards ensuring the busines you start lasts and thrives.

So friends i hope you got something to mind. I just wanted to say is that think differently friends. Then it is surely going to help you in the development of your personality. I just wanted to say is think of yourself at-least for an hour of 24 hours of the day. Our India future is in our hands. We should hold this opportunity. To hold opportunity we should do the things which helps to the development of the country. We are now observing to how much politics are corrupted. We should brought our country back to the hands of people. This is only possible by our innovative ideas. Then we are surely gonna save our country. Let every one of us do the work which make our country feels proud. Im not diversifying topic.

One of my sirs told that ''Can't you survive with basic amount which we need and degree certificate in your hands. So try to start business and bare the risk. If you loose then survive with that degree and basic amount which you have.''
By listening to this what i personally felt is that we can survive at any cost. So try it once.
Robin Sharma in his book  "Daily Inspirations'' says that looking safe side is the worst way which will not allow people to develop in their lives. So try different things.
Keep smiling friends. Do good, Be good and Think good. Love you all guys.

Mark Zuckerberg- Founder of Facebook

Hi!!! friends you all are busy with exams. So all the best to you all. I hope you all are gonna write your exams with much confident.

Yeah coming 'to the point', these days we all are enjoying the Facebook services. But do you know the history of the Facebook? It was founded by Mark Zuckerberg, Dustin Moskovitz, Eduardo Saverin, and Chris Hughes while attending Harvard. But the real cause of by whom Facebook was born is because of Mark Zuckerberg. He played a crucial role while compared to others.

So if we enter into the details, first let us know about Facebook. Hey friends if you all are felt difficult then my advice is to watch 'The Social Network'.

Facebook:

Facebook is a social network service and website launched in February 2004 that is operated and privately owned by Facebook, Inc.[1] As of July 2010 Facebook has more than 500 million active users,[6][7][N 1]colloquial name for the book given to students at the start of the academic year by university administrations in the US with the intention of helping students to get to know each other better. Facebook allows anyone who declares themselves to be at least 13 years old to become a registered user of the website. Users may create a personal profile, add other users as friends and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile. Additionally, users may join common interest user groups, organized by workplace, school, or college, or other characteristics. The name of the service stems from the
Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow computer science students Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes.[8] The website's membership was initially limited by the founders to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It gradually added support for students at various other universities before opening to high school students, and, finally, to anyone aged 13 and over.
A January 2009 Compete.com study ranked Facebook as the most used social network by worldwide monthly active users, followed by MySpace.Entertainment Weekly put it on its end-of-the-decade "best-of" list, saying, "How on earth did we stalk our exes, remember our co-workers' birthdays, bug our friends, and play a rousing game of Scrabulous before Facebook?"Quantcast estimates Facebook has 135.1 million monthly unique U.S.

Mark Zuckerberg wrote Facemash, the predecessor to Facebook, on October 28, 2003, while attending Harvard as a sophomore. The site represented a Harvard University version of Hot or Not, and according to The Harvard Crimson, Facemash "used photos compiled from the online facebooks of nine Houses, placing two next to each other at a time and asking users to choose the 'hotter' person".[13]

To accomplish this, Zuckerberg hacked into the protected areas of Harvard's computer network, and copied the houses' private dormitory ID images. Harvard at that time did not have a student directory with photos and basic information, and Facemash attracted 450 visitors and 22,000 photo-views in its first four hours online. That the initial site mirrored people's physical community—with their real identities—represented the key aspects of what later became Facebook.

Like this the company began its operations.

Mark Elliot "Zuck" Zuckerberg (born May 14, 1984) is an American entrepreneur who co-founded the social networking site Facebook. Zuckerberg co-founded Facebook with fellow classmates Dustin Moskovitz, Eduardo Saverin, and Chris Hughes while attending Harvard. As of 2010, he was a 24% shareholder of Facebook.

Zuckerberg was born in White Plains, New York to Karen, a psychiatrist, and Edward, a dentist.[1] Mark and three sisters, Randi, Donna, and Arielle, were brought up in Dobbs Ferry, New York.[1] Zuckerberg was raised Jewish, including having had a Bar Mitzvah when he turned 13,[4][5] although, as an adult, he describes himself as an atheist.[5][6]
Zuckerberg started programming when he was in middle school. His father taught him Atari BASIC Programming in the 1990s, and then software developer David Newman was hired as his tutor in about 1995. Zuckerberg also took a graduate course in the subject at Mercy College near his home in the mid-1990s.[1]Risk. He enjoyed developing computer programs, especially communication tools and games. He also designed and programmed a computer application system to help the workers in his father's office communicate; he built a version of the game

At Ardsley High School he had excelled in the classics before in his junior year transferring to Phillips Exeter Academy, where Zuckerberg won prizes in science (math, astronomy and physics) and Classical studies (on his college application, Zuckeberg listed as non-English languages he could read and write: French, Hebrew, Latin, and ancient Greek) and was captain of the fencing team.[7][8][9] During Zuckerberg's high school years, under the company name Intelligent Media Group, he built a music player named the Synapse Media Player that used artificial intelligence to learn the user's listening habits, which was posted to Slashdot[10] and received a rating of 3 out of 5 from PC Magazine.[11] Microsoft and AOL tried to purchase Synapse and recruit Zuckerberg, but he instead went to Harvard College in September 2002 where he studied computer science and psychology and joined Alpha Epsilon Pi, a Jewish fraternity.[1][12][13] In college, he was known for reciting lines from epic poems such as The Iliad.

In 2010, Stephen Levy, who authored the 1984 book Hackers: Heroes of the Computer Revolution, wrote that Zuckerberg "clearly thinks of himself as a hacker."[16] Zuckerberg said that "it's OK to break things" "to make them better."[16][17] Facebook instituted "hackathons" held every six to eight weeks where participants would have one night to conceive of and complete a project.[16] The company provided music, food, and beer at the hackathons, and many Facebook staff members, including Zuckerberg, regularly attended.[17] "The idea is that you can build something really good in a night,” Zuckerberg told Levy. "And that’s part of the personality of Facebook now ... It’s definitely very core to my personality."[16]
On Zuckerberg's Facebook page, he listed his personal interests as "openness, making things that help people connect and share what's important to them, revolutions, information flow, minimalism." [18]
Vanity Fair magazine named Zuckerberg number 1 on its 2010 list of the Top 100 "most influential people of the Information Age".[19] Zuckerberg ranked number 23 on the Vanity Fair 100 list in 2009.[20] In 2010, Zuckerberg was chosen as number 16 in New Statesman's annual survey of the world's 50 most influential figures.[21]
Zuckerberg sees blue best because of red–green colorblindness; blue is also Facebook's dominant color.

Friends you are feeling bore?? If you are not okay with the link then i sincerely advice to watch 'The Social Network'. It is a cool movie about Mark Zukerberg. I like him as an entrepreneur than founder of a company.
Comment on my post if any query friends. Love you all. Have a nice time.
